Rafał is considered a leading authority in the field of real estate in Poland. He has successfully advised on hundreds of transactions. Throughout his career, he has provided counsel on the largest commercial real estate transaction to date in the Polish market, as well as the largest single real estate transaction in Poland at that time.
Rafał primarily collaborates with corporate clients, including REITs, real estate funds, private equity funds, and developers, overseeing and providing comprehensive support in the acquisition or sale of real estate (both in asset deal and share deal transactions).
Construction, energy, and infrastructure
Additionally, Rafał provides legal support to investors and developers in their investment projects, including those related to manufacturing plants, energy infrastructure, and residential and commercial real estate. He is a specialist in resolving complex issues and real estate disputes.
