Experience
Attorney-at-law and graduate of the Faculty of Law at SWPS University. She gained her first professional experience in law firms and at the Polish Supreme Medical Chamber, expanding her knowledge in civil, criminal, and medical law.
For many years, she has successfully handled litigation, particularly in compensation cases, disputes arising from non-performance or improper performance of contracts, and debt collection matters. She also has experience in administrative and administrative court proceedings, particularly in the field of construction law.
Her areas of interest include European law, intellectual property law, and the legal aspects of artificial intelligence. She continuously expands her expertise in emerging technologies and the dynamic legal landscape affecting e-commerce, IT contracts, and FinTech.
In 2023, she completed the American Law Program organized by the Center for American Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw.
