Conducts in-depth legal analyses of real estate, identifying and assessing legal risks related to acquisition, development, or management of property.
Transactional Documentation and Investment Agreements
Experienced in drafting and coordinating legal documentation for real estate acquisitions and disposals, as well as for investment project execution. Prepares preliminary, conditional, and final sale agreements, development contracts, construction contracts, and agreements with general contractors and subcontractors. Actively supports clients in negotiations, ensuring clear regulation of mutual obligations, liability, and protection mechanisms.
Support for Investors and Developers
Advises clients in interactions with public administration authorities and third parties. Assists in negotiating and concluding neighbor agreements and provides legal support throughout the entire investment process.
Corporate Advisory and Company Law
Advises on corporate law and ongoing business operations. Supports the establishment, transformation, and restructuring of commercial companies. Prepares articles of association, corporate resolutions, and governance documents. As part of ongoing legal advisory, she drafts and reviews commercial contracts, internal policies, and regulations, and assists clients in resolving everyday legal challenges of running a business.
